Please take a moment to read through the forms listed below.  You will be responsible for printing, signing and returning (via hardcopy or email) the following forms marked with an (*) to Staci Hartline by Friday, August 23rd.

 If you are interested in applying for Free & Reduced Lunch please click on the link below to complete an application.  Printable confirmation will be available after the application has been processed, by clicking the "Eligibility" link on the top bar.  Only ONE complete meal application is needed annually per household.  

Meal prices for the 201-2014 school year are as follows:
Full Price Lunch = $2.25
Reduced Price Lunch = $0.40
